This website is owned and operated by Code 4 LLC, located in Spicer, Minnesota. All content, graphics, logos, and images are the property of Code 4 LLC or its partners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this website. To purchase firearms, firearm-related accessories, or participate in certain training courses, you may need to meet additional age or legal eligibility requirements under state and federal law.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, Code 4 LLC reserves the right to correct errors, change or update product information, and cancel orders if necessary.

Some items shown may not be available in all states or jurisdictions due to local or federal laws. It is your responsibility to know your local laws before purchasing.

4. Firearms and Transfers

All firearm sales and transfers are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, including background checks and ATF regulations. Firearms will only be transferred to licensed FFL holders and lawful recipients.

We do not ship firearms directly to customers. If you purchase a firearm, you must select a licensed FFL dealer in your area to receive the transfer.

5. Classes and Training

By signing up for any class (e.g., Permit to Carry), you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements under Minnesota law. Code 4 LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and deny participation based on safety concerns or legal disqualification.

6. Limitation of Liability

Code 4 LLC is not liable for any damages that may occur from the use—or misuse—of our website, products, or services. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
